The architectural design was realized by world famous architect Emre Arolat, consisting of 21 exclusive villa residences that were actually built "by the sea" and on a private exclusive beach of 270 SQM. In addition, a small spa, a sports centre / gym and a gourmet restaurant cafe run by Zazu this year is available exclusively for the use of residents and their guests. Most of the residences are a mere 20 meters from the sea.

Bodrum town is situated exactly as Halicarnassus was many years ago. The history of the town goes back a long way, when its tomb of King Mausolus (Mausoleum) was actually considered as one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, although today only ruins of this epic structure remain.
